Hotel Information

A block of rooms is available to event attendees at a special group rate of $199.00 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy. To reserve your room online at the group rate, please click the link above. To reserve your room by phone, call 1-800-228-9290 and ask for the Nursery Management Conference rate.

The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date, September 9, 2022, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner.

Check in at the Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-800-228-9290. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 72-hour window, attendees will be charged for one night’s room and tax.

The Nursery Management Conference will be taking place in the Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel in the Trinity Ballroom Foyer. The event facilities are located on the lobby level. Registration will be stationed in the Trinity Foyer Ballroom.

It has come to our attention that a number of third-party accommodation service providers have contacted companies either attending, exhibiting or sponsoring the Nursery Management Conference regarding hotel reservations.

These companies DO NOT represent the Nursery Management Conference, nor have they been authorized to send out any information related to the event and should NOT be used to make hotel reservations. We urge all event attendees to ignore any communications from companies purporting to offer these services and to avoid giving out credit card details to such organizations.

There is only one official way to book and reserve your hotel accommodations on behalf of the Nursery Management Conference and that is to book directly through the Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel. The hotel will provide a professional, reliable and safe service for booking your hotel accommodation.
